Project goal:
USGIB.AZ is the official website of the Early Intervention Center, established on October 15, 2005, by the non-governmental organization “Children’s Healthy Future.” Located in Baku, Azerbaijan, the center focuses on improving the lives of children with special needs and their families. Rooted in Azerbaijani legislation and international standards, such as the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989) and the Mental Health Declaration for Europe (2005), the center provides psychosocial care, supports family integration, and ensures equal access to free services for children with disabilities.
**Aim:** The goal was to develop an informative, user-friendly, and visually engaging website to represent the Early Intervention Center's mission, impact, and services. The project emphasized accessibility and efficient communication for visitors seeking assistance.
Frontend:
Built with modern web technologies, the frontend utilized HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap to create a responsive, clean, and professional design. The interface was optimized for seamless navigation, with clear calls to action and easy access to vital information.
Backend:
The backend was developed using PHP and integrated with a WordPress CMS for dynamic content updates. It includes secure forms for inquiries, robust user authentication mechanisms, and administrative tools to manage website content effectively. Performance optimization and security enhancements were key elements.
